1. Use of Data

1.1        In this Privacy Statement, Personal Data means any information and data about you that you provide in the course of your use of this World Wide Web Site (the "Site"). Some of the information and data that you provide in the course of your use of the Site may be sensitive personal data such as information about your health. 
 

1.2        Kelvin Nanotechnology will store and use Personal Data in accordance with UK Data Protection Laws.

6. Subject Access Rights

6.1        Under UK Data Protection law, you are entitled to receive a copy of information or data about you that is held by Kelvin Nanotechnology upon payment of a fee (currently £10). You are also entitled to require the rectification, erasure or blocking of any such information or data which is inaccurate or not up-to-date and held by Kelvin Nanotechnology. You may also require that Kelvin Nanotechnology cease to process any such information or data which is likely to cause you substantial damage or substantial distress.
